We are a company dedicated to making your home buying experience a joyful one. We have personally seen time and again that many people have their dreams become nightmares after moving into their new home and discovering major problems that could have been dealt with before they purchased the home had they had a home inspection done. It is because of this that we have decided to use our knowledge, obtained through many years in the construction business and school studies, to try and help others avoid having their dream home become a nightmare.

When it comes to our inspections we go through the home like we are purchasing it for ourselves. I personally have four children and when I inspect I do so with the thought of children moving into the home. We are very thorough in our inspections and can guarentee that you will have a better understanding of your home than you did before the inspection.
